Your role

Kiruna Support Operations Service is now looking for a Production Manager for Transport. The function is responsible for transport for customers throughout the operations. Buses, passenger cars, and cargo vehicles are driven according to fixed schedules or booked by customers as needed, and a pool of cars for private driving is provided, as well as handling of towing services. The workplace belongs to the department Kiruna Support Operations Service, which is responsible for ensuring infrastructure and service within LKAB's area in Kiruna.

As a Production Manager, you have operational responsibility for the activities within the industrial area in Kiruna. You plan, coordinate, and lead daily operations with a focus on ensuring efficient transport and good service to our customers. The role also includes schedule planning and ongoing booking of buses and cars.

Overall areas of responsibility:

• Plan, coordinate, and lead daily operations
• Follow up on and report on the operations' assignments
• Responsible for vehicles, including maintenance and reinvestment

What you bring with you

We are looking for you who enjoy planning, structuring, and moving work forward. You have a strong service focus towards both employees and customers, take responsibility, and want to be involved in developing working methods and solutions.

We also see that you have:

• Approved upper secondary school grades
• Category B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience in security/guarding
• Bus license and Category C driver's license
